Job Description

We are looking for a strong and hands-on Assistant General Manager to support operations across multiple high-volume restaurants in the West Village.

This role is focused on team leadership, scheduling, service standards, and daily execution. The position is primarily operational, with limited administrative responsibilities.

• Support and oversee staff across multiple locations
• Work closely with ownership to maintain standards and organization
• Build and manage weekly schedules (7shifts)
• Ensure proper staffing levels and control labor
• Maintain service quality and overall flow of operations
• Conduct regular walk-throughs to ensure consistency
• Ensure compliance with New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene
• Train and support staff and captains
• Help enforce discipline and accountability

• 3–5+ years in restaurant management (NYC experience preferred)
• Strong presence on the floor and ability to lead teams
• Experience in high-volume environments
• Good understanding of scheduling and labor management
• Organized, reliable, and hands-on
• Ability to work across multiple locations
