Job Title: Medical Device Assembler / Production Operator

Location: Minnetonka, MN

• Assemble, inspect, repair, and test medical devices such as pacemakers and ICDs.
• Follow written work instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
• Use basic computer systems for data entry and documentation.
• Work in a cleanroom manufacturing environment while following GMP and safety guidelines.
• Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Handle small parts with attention to detail and work under close supervision.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must follow strict cleanroom dress code and grooming requirements.
