This isn't a "schedule a few meetings and call it a day" kind of admin role. We need a sharp, organized, get-it-done right-hand person who can support both of our founders across business and personal tasks, serve as the first voice and face our clients encounter, and jump in wherever the work is. One day you're coordinating a client onboarding. The next you're handling a personal errand for a founder, answering the phone, chasing down a document, and updating a workflow, all before lunch. You have a track record of being the person everyone relies on. You don't wait to be told what to do next, you notice what needs doing and you do it. You're comfortable switching gears mid-day between something personal for an owner and something critical for a client. You follow processes precisely, build better ones when they're missing, and treat confidential information like the liability it actually is.
You're also a real person with a sense of humor about the fact that this job requires you to be a chameleon and you're totally fine with that.
