Mark Grover Managing Director
Mark has been Managing Director of Victorian Detective Services since its inception and is an experienced investigator in his own right with 20 years in the investigative industry.
During his 20 years as a Private Investigator and Security Risk Consultant, Mark has built up an excellent rapport with a large number of Australian Insurance Agents, Melbourne Law Firms, corporate clients, Clerks of Courts, Police Departments and the Federal Police.
Mark is Vice-President of the Institute of Mercantile Agents Victorian Division, which is Australia's largest Association of Private Investigators & Security Consultants.
Mark is also a past President of the World Investigators Network. He also sits on the Council of the Victorian Police Blue Ribbon Foundation and is a board member of the World's largest children's charity, Variety Club - Tent 77.
David MacLeod Business & Surveillance Manager

David MacLeod holds a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety and is a member of the Safety Institute of Australia.
For seven years he held the position of Claims Supervisor whilst at Allianz Insurance, managing a staff of 25 and the day to day operations of insurance claims. During that time he attended to all legal proceedings, i.e. common law, and litigated disputes. David also performed risk assessments on all the portfolio accounts, and as well was an OHS adviser.
Prioir to joining our team at Victorian Detective Services, David held the position of National Occupational Health and Safety Manager at Australian Personnel Solutions, conducting risk assessments at all new client sites. At APS, David also managed all workers compensation and general insurance, was involved in presentations to new clients, and in a consultant capacity provided OHS services to existing clients.
David manages the surveillance team by ensuring all work is carried out ethically and professionally in line with our client's expectations.
Siham Psaila Marketing Manager

Siham Psaila is our Marketing Manager and brings with her 17 years experience within both the WorkCover - Insurance and Private Investigation Industries.
As well her experience in of the complexities of claims management within the Insurance Industry, Siham's experience within the Private Investigation Industry has also been extensive.
Siham holds both a Diploma and Certificates in Public Relations and Promotions and is presently completing an Advanced Diploma in Sales and Marketing, at Holmesglen Institute.
Julia Robson - Investigator

Julia is our in-house Investigator and is responsible for all aspects of Corporate and Domestic Investigations.
Prior to joining our team at Victorian Detective Services, Julia gained International experience through her work as a Corporate Investigator in London (UK) and as a Police Officer in New Zealand.
She worked overseas investigating internal theft, fraud, conducting undercover surveillance and investigating a range of issues relating to intellectual property. She travelled throughout Europe obtaining evidence relating to counterfeit products and brand protection, gathering information and investigating trade mark violations, as well as conducting trap purchases.
As a licensed investigator Julia holds a Certificate III in Investigations, as well as a Certificate IV in Security and Risk Management and a Diploma in policing.
