Glamorous, tough-guy figures in the golden years of Hollywood at least, portrayed by the likes of Humphrey Bogart. But what are your so-called 'private eyes' really like, and what do they do to earn their fees in the real world, not Hollywood?

Well, our guest on the couch, Mark Grover, has been a private 'dick' – as in 'Dick Tracy' – for 15 years now, and has gained a reputation as one of the best. In fact, Mark runs one of the largest agencies in the country.
